Returns & FAQ
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window begins on the date that is displayed on the tracking number as being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at coveyapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (however returns are paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Items that are purchased during a sale are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Please note that ALL sale items are final sale.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number.
Please email us with these details at coveyapparel@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund on incorrect address (Returned to sender)
When an order is returned to us due to insufficient address information, a refund can be issued but unfortunately due to customer fault, the full cost of shipping is excluded.
Should I use the original packaging for returns?
Do you take custom orders?
We do not take custom orders.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
